I'm an Ayurvedic counselor and movement specialist with 17 years of experience helping high-performing individuals finally feel as good as they want to feel. I believe alignment is a way of living — when movement, breath, and daily rhythm work together, the body steadies, the mind clears, and life becomes less effortful.
