Hi, I'm Rachel
I'm an Ayurvedic coach and movement specialist and I believe alignment is a way of living.
When movement, breath, and daily rhythm work together, the body steadies, the mind clears, and life becomes less effortful. Small, consistent choices create meaningful change. My philosophy is simple: support the body, and everything else rises to meet you. I help you align your body and energy using movement, breath, and simple Ayurvedic habits that actually work.
